Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

The seminar is structured based on the DMAIC cycle. I previously thought that as a quality manager I knew a lot about quality management, but by attending the Green Belt training I still learned a lot in the area of process optimization. By using LSS you can see that losses are reduced and the quality of the product/process increases.
