Terms and conditions

Registration for participation in training courses should be made in writing, by mail, fax or via the online registration form at the ifss academy up to 14 days before the start of the training course. By registering, the participant accepts the conditions of participation. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.

Registrations are usually confirmed immediately. Upon receipt of the written confirmation of registration from the ifss academy, the contract is concluded.

Initial consultation and determination of suitability
The participant has been advised in detail by the ifss academy about the upcoming training prior to his or her binding acceptance.

The contents and the duration of the training as well as its admission requirements have been discussed. The possibilities for examination and certification were also explained.

Changes in the course of the training
Changes of dates within a training course will be discussed with the participants. However, these changes do not entitle the participant neither to withdraw from the contract nor to reduce the training fee. This only applies if the changes are reasonable are reasonable for the participant and there is an objective reason for this.

Terms of payment
The participant must pay the fee for the event no later than the date specified in the invoice. Learning materials
are included in the total price, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In case of non-participation in the training, which is due to

participant has cancelled or withdrawn in accordance with the following conditions.

Should the participant declare his/her withdrawal, the following cancellation fees apply:

at 6 – 4 weeks before start 20% of the training costs
3 – 2 weeks before start 50% of the training costs
less than 2 weeks before start 100% of the training costs

Already paid fees will be refunded. Irrespective of this, however, a processing fee of € 50,- will be due and
will be deducted.

The contract can only be terminated for good cause. Important reason on the part of ifss academy can be in particular a disruption of the event, default of payment despite two requests for payment, or copyright infringement by the participant.

Cancellation of trainings
The ifss process excellence academy has the right to cancel trainings in case of insufficient participation. Fees and charges already paid will be
fees will be refunded. The participant has no further claims. Alternative dates will be suggested to the
proposed to the registered participants.

The ifss academy is not liable for damages suffered by the participant in connection with his further education, unless these are
are based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior of employees or vicarious agents.

Data collection
The participant’s personal data will be stored by the ifss academy and passed on to the trainers. The data is
used for statistical purposes.

Subsidiary agreements
Subsidiary agreements must be made in writing in order to be valid.
