Contents

  • The 5 basic principles:
    Agile Manifesto, Basic Principles of New Way of Working, the Incremental and Iterative Deployment Model, Design Principle of E2E Space, Roles and Responsibilities.

Objectives

  • Create understanding of the main principles of New Way of Working.
  • Create understanding of the Lean and Agile core principles
  • Understand the incremental and iterative delivery model including all roles and responsibilities
  • Understand design principle of E2E space and its advantages or disadvantages
  • Perform the continuous improvement process using New Way of Working and thereby achieve the improvement of quality management systems
